Returns
RETURN POLICY
Our hassle-free online return policy allows you to return unused articles with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt.
Our perfumes cannot be returned. All items marked as Final sale (including earrings, underwear, swimwear, and face masks due to hygienic reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of merchandise that does not meet our requirements.
INITIATE A RETURN
Start a return on our online returns portal. You'll need your order number and email address to start the return process.
For mail-in returns, follow the steps on our return's portal to receive your return label. Enclose the packing slip inside the box, package your return and attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. A fee will apply for the return label and a $5.00 per order processing fee. Please contact Customer Service HERE should you have any questions.
PROCESSING RETURNS
When we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are undamaged and that the original labels are attached. Any items in unsuitable condition will be rejected. Refunds for the returned goods will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original form of payment.

Products marked as “FINAL SALE” are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
All FINAL SALE items are new and authentic Scotch & Soda products. While offered at a significantly reduced price, they maintain the same quality standards expected of S&S merchandise. Please review product details, descriptions, and sizing carefully before making your purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of FINAL SALE promotions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
We recommend reviewing size guides and product information carefully before completing your purchase.
This FINAL SALE policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If an item is deemed defective under those rights, Scotch & Soda will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.
