If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles with their original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Please note that our perfumes can't be returned. For hygienic reasons, final sale on all earrings, underwear, swimwear and face masks. Final sale items will be indicated on each applicable item and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
Return option 1: Send it yourself
Send the item back to the following address. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Please note, Scotch & Soda is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us and you will be returning the package at your own expense.

Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 business days to the account you paid with.
For security reasons, we do not allow hand delivery of returns to our warehouse. Please note, we don’t accept returns of Scotch & Soda items purchased from third-party retailers. Please directly contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.
Return option 2: Initiate a return through our portal
Start a return on our online returns portal. You'll need your order number and zip/postal code to start the return process.
For in-person returns, there’s no need to print anything. Just bring your item(s) and your QR code in to your nearest return bar location and we’ll take care of the rest. In-person returns will have a $4.50/item processing fee.
For mail-in returns, follow the steps on our returns portal to receive your return label. Enclose the packing slip inside the box, package your return and attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. A fee will apply for the return label and a $5.00/item processing fee. Please contact Customer Service at care@scotchandsoda.com should you have any questions.
If you have received a defective or faulty item from an online purchase, please contact Customer Service at care@scotchandsoda.com with a photo of the defective item within 3 months of the purchase date.
If you purchased an article more than 3 months ago and it is now damaged, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a compensation. If this was a production fault, the damage would have appeared within the 3 months. We would kindly like to remind you that the way the article is worn and washed has a big influence on the fabric.
