  • Just simply add the item(s) into your shopping bag and click checkout or click View shopping bag. The website will walk you through the steps to complete the order.
  • If you have an account, you can check the status of your order by signing in and looking under your account history.
  • The confirmation page will appear after payment is submitted. A confirmation email will also be sent to your email address with the order information shortly after. An error message might appear. In this case, please contact Customer Service for further assistance at 1-866-509-3503.
  • During certain promotional periods, you will be able to enter in the promotional code in “View shopping bag.” Promotional codes are seasonal and only apply if entered during checkout. We do not offer any adjustments.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases. Once an order has been placed, you accepted the listed price.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes, including cancellations, to orders after they have been submitted. We are not responsible for typos made during the checkout process. Please double check all your information before submitting your order.
  • If an item(s) is out of stock, you will not be charged for these item(s) when your final order is shipped.
  • Unfortunately, you cannot purchase or redeem gift cards online at this time. Gift cards purchased in stores can only be used in stores. If you have any further questions, please contact out Consumer Care Team.
  • Sorry, the other countries site cannot ship to US customers. Unfortunately, if an item(s) is not showing as available to purchase then that item(s) is either not available in the US or already out of stock.
  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
    If you purchased with a prepaid American Express, Visa, or Mastercard gift card, please keep the gift card until you are satisfied with your transaction even if you have used the total value. In case of any order adjustment or cancellation, a credit will be issued to the original gift card.

  • If your payment method is authorized, your order will begin processing. Your credit card is billed as soon as the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information for your package.

  • Our webstore is updated constantly by adding new styles of our latest collection. If you are looking for an article of last season, we recommend contacting one of our stores to check if the item(s) you are looking for is still available. Our stores are listed in our Store Finder.. Also, please browse our Off Season site for availablity for those item(s).
  • Processing and shipping time takes 2-7 business days. We aim to ship out our orders between 24-48 hours.
  • We currently offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100.

    *Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for order processing. For example, 2nd day delivery orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. 2nd day delivery is not available for orders containing fragrances. On occasion, such as large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing your order. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
  • Your order will not require signature required.
  • Yes, the products are shipped from California.
  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico at this time.
    For safety and security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses. Please use an alternative address.
  • If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles with their original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Please note that our perfumes can't be returned. For hygienic reasons, final sale on all earrings, underwear, swimwear and face masks. Final sale items will be indicated on each applicable item and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

    Return option 1: Send it yourself
    Send the item back to the following address. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Please note, Scotch & Soda is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us and you will be returning the package at your own expense.

    Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with.

    For security reasons, we do not allow hand delivery of returns to our warehouse. Please note, we don’t accept returns of Scotch & Soda items purchased from third-party retailers. Please directly contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.

    Return option 2: Initiate a return through our portal

    Start a return on our online returns portal. You'll need your order number and zip/postal code to start the return process. Follow the steps on our returns portal to receive your return label. Enclose the packing slip inside the box, package your return and attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. A fee will apply for the return label. Please contact Customer Service at care@scotchandsoda.com should you have any questions.

  • Unfortunately we aren’t able to exchange your return. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund the returned articles within 14 working days. If the article you are looking for is still available, you can make a new order online.
  • If you have received a defective or faulty item from an online purchase, please contact Customer Service at care@scotchandsoda.com with a photo of the defective item within 3 months of the purchase date.

    If you purchased an article more than 3 months ago and it is now damaged, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a compensation. If this was a production fault, the damage would have appeared within the 3 months. We would kindly like to remind you that the way the article is worn and washed has a big influence on the fabric.

  • Returns can take up to 14 business days to process. You will only receive an email notification from us once your return is physically processed and refunded. In order to track your return, please save your tracking number so that you may track the status of your delivery.
  • A refund is made within 14 days of receiving your return order. The amount can only be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note, due to the volume of orders and returns during the holidays, your refund can take up to 20 days.
  • If you have any issues or complaints about an article bought in a Scotch & Soda store, we recommend contacting one of our Scotch & Soda stores about this matter. They will be able to assist you. All our stores are listed in the Store Finder.
