If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles with their original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Please note that our perfumes can't be returned. For hygienic reasons, final sale on all earrings, underwear, swimwear and face masks. Final sale items will be indicated on each applicable item and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
Initiate a return through our portal
Start a return on our online returns portal. You'll need your order number and zip/postal code to start the return process.
For mail-in returns, follow the steps on our returns portal to receive your return label. Enclose the packing slip inside the box, package your return and attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. A fee will apply for the return label and a $5.00/item processing fee. Please contact Customer Service at support@scotchandsodacs@zendesk.com should you have any questions.
If you have received a defective or faulty item from an online purchase, please contact Customer Service at support@scotchandsodacs@zendesk.com with a photo of the defective item within 3 months of the purchase date.
If you purchased an article more than 3 months ago and it is now damaged, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a compensation. If this was a production fault, the damage would have appeared within the 3 months. We would kindly like to remind you that the way the article is worn and washed has a big influence on the fabric.
We are sorry to hear your purchase did not work out. Our automated returns portal does not support returns for tailored suits as these must be returned directly to our vendor. If you’re unsure if your item is a tailored suit, please reach out to our customer service team at support@scotchandsodacs@zendesk.com.
All items must be returned within 30 days and be in original/new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached, and original packaging.

In your package please include a copy of the packing slip included in your suit shipment or a copy of your order confirmation email. We also recommend safekeeping your return tracking number until your return has been processed.
Please do not include any other items from your order in a suit return package.
Once your return reaches our facility, it will be inspected and processed within 14 business days and you will be notified via email upon completion.
