Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add item(s) to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps provided to complete your order.
Did my order go through?
You'll see a confirmation page after submitting payment and receive a confirmation email. If you see an error message, contact us HERE
Can I use a promo code?
Yes, during checkout. Codes are seasonal and must be applied before purchase. No post-purchase adjustments.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Double-check all info before checkout.
What if an item is out of stock?
You will not be charged for any out-of-stock items.
Can I buy a gift card online?
Not at this time. Gift cards are in-store only.
Can I order from global sites?
Other country sites do not ship to the U.S. Only items listed on the U.S. site are available for purchase here.

Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours and delivery time on Standard Ground is 3–6 business days.

Yes, from Beaumont, CA.
Where do you ship?
Contiguous U.S. only. No PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or Puerto Rico.
Is a signature required?
No.
Returns
Online return policy:
Return items within 30 days in original condition with tags. No returns on perfumes, earrings, underwear, swimwear, or face masks.
Start a return:
Use our customer Returns Portal with your order number and email.
Return fees:
Prepaid label + $10 shipping/processing fee.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Reorder desired items after receiving a refund.
Damaged items:
Report within 3 months with photos via our contact us form HERE
Refund timeline:
Up to 14 business days after receiving your item(s) back to us (20 during peak season)
