RETURN POLICY
Our hassle-free online return policy allows you to return unused articles with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Our perfumes cannot be returned. All items marked as Final sale (including earrings, underwear, swimwear, and face masks due to hygienic reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of merchandise that does not meet our requirements.
INITIATE A RETURN
Option 1:
Use a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and keep the return tracking number for reference. Please note that you will be returning the package at your own expense, and Scotch & Soda is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us. We do not accept hand-delivered returns to our warehouse. For Scotch & Soda items purchased from third-party retailers, follow the retailer's return policy. Contact the store directly for complaints or issues with items bought in a Scotch & Soda store.

Option 2:
Start a return on our online returns portal. You'll need your order number and zip/postal code to start the return process.
For in-person returns, there’s no need to print anything. Bring your item(s) and your QR code to your nearest return bar location and we’ll take care of the rest. In-person returns will have a $4.50/item processing fee.
For mail-in returns, follow the steps on our returns portal to receive your return label. Enclose the packing slip inside the box, package your return and attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. A fee will apply for the return label and a $5.00/item processing fee. Please contact Customer Service at care@scotchandsoda.com should you have any questions.
PROCESSING RETURNS
When we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are undamaged and that the original labels are attached. Any items in unsuitable condition will be rejected. Refunds for the returned goods will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original form of payment.
