RETURN POLICY

Our hassle-free online return policy allows you to return unused articles with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Please note that perfumes cannot be returned. Final sale applies to earrings, underwear, swimwear, and face masks due to hygienic reasons. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of merchandise that does not meet our requirements.

INITIATE A RETURN

Use a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and keep the return tracking number for reference. Please note that you will be returning the package at your own expense, and Scotch & Soda is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us. We do not accept hand-delivered returns to our warehouse. For Scotch & Soda items purchased from third-party retailers, follow the retailer's return policy. Contact the store directly for complaints or issues with items bought in a Scotch & Soda store.

PROCESSING RETURNS

When we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are undamaged and that the original labels are attached. Any items in unsuitable condition will be rejected. Refunds for the returned goods will be processed within 14 days and credited back to the original form of payment.
