horrible experience from purchasing to customer service.
"Purchased these jeans under the same known details such as size, fit, style, material (% of cotton vs spandex). Received the jeans tried on and were way undersized at the calves and cuffs. When I went to return I was informed I would be charged $5 for a processing fee (does it really cost $5 to "process") AND I had the cost of the shipping deducted, which was another $10. I find this absolutely outrageous. . . If S&S made it where it clearer in the desciription field that there were differences between jean styles outside of stye,size,fit,material (which I really cant think of anything else) then I would not have made this mistake And now I have to pay for it because S&S only used 3 line items to detail the jeans on their website. IMO this is the cost of doing business and S&S should not forward the charge to its customers as this is online shopping. . . . we aren't trying this stuff on beforehand. I did research on the company, apparently its been nothing but a downhill spiral in quality and management since the parent company "Blue Star Alliance" which many industry experts have come out raising concerns, including treatment of employees and distressed brands. I won't be purchasing with S&S again, and will tell my friends who run a retail department stores chain in the PNW to discontinue. Also the jeans are thin and break down less than a year. Cya"
